The repairman from Bob’s came out and looked at my glass door and said that he had to get some parts. He was very thorough and told me that he would send an estimate when he got back to the shop. A week later, they called to schedule a repair appointment. The office staff was extremely helpful and polite. The repairman came out on the scheduled day and had my door fixed in a couple of hours. He double-checked his work and was also very kind to my children. Top notch service and great people! They will definitely get more of my business.
